"After having my school plans go to the back burner due to the pandemic, I am very grateful to still have this scholarship available to me. It signifies to me that when something is meant to happen it will. Even when your path changes, you will find your way to your final destination. This scholarship is very important for youth who are struggling with adversity. Being able to receive this gives me confidence that I will be able to put my mental health first. It shows me that people understand the difficulties mental health can play into your academics. Overall, I am very grateful, thank you and best of luck to all other recipients in their future endeavours."
